Christopher B. Meagher
After being admitted to the New York State Bar, he started his career as an associate with the wall street firm of Lord Day & Lord. In 1994 Christopher joined his father, Thomas F. Meagher, in private practice.
The firm continued to grow and flourish, due to Christopher’s skills in advocating for his clients. Christopher has extensive litigation and trial experience, and through his efforts over the years he has recovered in excess of over $200 Million dollars for his clients.
Mr. Meagher’s cases have been featured in the New York Times, the Journal News, and on News 12 Westchester. Many of his settlements and verdicts have been reported in state and national professional publications and newspapers.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he serves as a delegate to the Trial Lawyer’s Section. He has also lectured for the New York State Bar Association on trial and litigation tactics. He currently serves as President of the Fordham Law Alumni Association – Westchester/Putnam chapter. Mr. Meagher is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
For his service representing individuals and families with respect to the September 11th Victim’s Compensation Fund, Mr. Meagher was honored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
